Baan Mai Khao 5 stars condominimum

I didn’t like the apartments not because they are bad (there are decently clean apartments), but because the room was dirty upon arrival. At 14.00 (13.50) we came to the room (check-in from 14.00), cleaning was in full swing, there was no meeting person (hostess or representative), there was a cleaner working in this complex. Towels - all dirty, stained, rusty, asked to be replaced, waited 2 hours until they brought only one large bath from a complete set per person. They explained that simply not (if I were the hostess, then in 5 minutes drive there is a large complex with everything and I would have brought it myself). Then 2 more pieces were brought the next day, along with how the room was cleaned again. BUT the most interesting thing is the foot mat in the bathroom, as it was dirty, they left it, they just rolled it up for presentation into some kind of flower. - The washing machine is dirty! - Upholstery of chairs is dirty -Sofa upholstery dirty -Lights in the bathroom didn't work see photo. The bathroom is very dark in the one where the bath. -The toilet flush key is broken, I said silence about the problem. The most unpleasant thing is that we are from Moscow, it takes 10 hours to fly, if the flight is direct, I wanted to drop in to throw my suitcase, take a shower and enjoy the ocean. This is the first time I am writing a negative review, and extremely negative in relation to the owner! And the most interesting thing is that Tatyana was the name of the owner's assistant and said that as an apology, they would provide us with fruit and a bottle of wine, none of this happened!
