Very nice and helpful staff who, among other things, helped us book various excursions and transport. Great pool that was long. Airy and large room with everything you need. Very wide bed. Well-functioning air conditioning
A slightly firm bed which is a matter of taste. At least we slept well. There was some noise from the party around. Sleep with earplugs some nights, but you have to count on that if you're going to live in the middle of Lamai.
The room and bed are very large and spacious. It has everything you need. We liked the breakfast very much.
Unfortunately our Deluxe room had a skylight in the bathroom ceiling and the light came in in the morning which was a bit annoying because the bathroom wall is made of glass and the light came in. For those who are a bit sleepyhead like me it is not pleasant! Maybe I could have asked to change the room but I didn't because of laziness.
Right in the center of Lamai, but quiet and peaceful.
there is no beach, but it's even good
