UNREASONABLE for the guest
Unfortunately nothing
unfortunately everything... the beautified photos on booking.com, the location, the furnishings, the mold and dirt in the bathroom and living room, the unfriendliness of the owner! no hangers, nothing to hang up, no table or chair outside

great vacation
the lady of our hotel helped us a lot with arranging a taxi from the airport to the boat for the next day (we had to return the rental car there). we could park in front of the door, good bed and nice and quiet.
It's good to have a car available.

Kindness of the staff, large modern room, large bed and fridge, cleanliness and hot water available
Between Krabi and Ao Nang, we were on a scooter so not a problem but establishment for no one to transport otherwise complicated given the location

The room was not washed for 3 days The staff does not understand English, so it is very difficult to ask for anything We did not have the room shown in the photos at all
