Would come back anytime - it was lovely all round
The staff was super nice and very attentive. They were always available so that nothing was missing. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was fantastic. Everything is homemade and served fresh. The bungalows are very large, clean and ALL have a sea view.
The beach is not the prettiest, but there are good alternatives in the immediate vicinity (about 5-10 minutes by scooter). However, I didn't find that disturbing.

Place to be on Koh Mak
We have been visiting Koh Mak regularly since 2012 and have looked at and stayed in many different accommodations. At that time also in the "old" Little Moon, which is currently being continued by a new operator under the name "Villa Allure". Little Moon Villa now has a new location and only recently opened. The facility is new, the facility and cleanliness of European standards. The family business is run by super nice people who offer the guest warm, authentic hospitality. The quality of the food and drinks is excellent. The villas are extremely generously sized, super clean and functional. From every villa you can enjoy a magnificent sea view from your bed, architecturally well done. The beach is weather-side, gently sloping and you can walk a long way out on fine sand in clear water. Water level good for swimming. We have experienced the best value for money on the island at Little Moon Villa over the past 10 years. We like that the quality and the warm atmosphere have remained the same over the years. You come as a guest and leave as a friend. The full score is absolutely justified and I can warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace and authentic hospitality. The booking was made from Vietnam, however I am German and come from Würzburg.
