The friendliness of the staff, especially Yok was always very courteous and friendly, everyone tried very hard from the security man to the gardener; the pool was cleaned every day, the rooms are a good size, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a mix of a la carte and buffet and very generous and good.
the welcome was very pleasant, staff smiling and looking after you. the view we had was magical, right in front of the sunset and the hotel pool. the monkeys who visit us too...
the unmanageable shower water… goes from cold to lukewarm then to hot… I almost burned myself several times, it’s quite dangerous. it is better to be on a scooter to be able to enjoy it because nothing very special around.
the staff is motivated, very welcoming and helpful. thank you again for your welcome. the room is clean, the swimming pool too. the breakfast is perfect.
THE MONKEYS 🙈, we found it cute at first but the crowds were not reassuring. fortunately the staff was there to evacuate them. the wifi connection can be improved in the rooms
The staff were just lovely, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with a great view of the sunset. The breakfast: exceptional. The Houben team made us feel at home, not hesitating to help us when we needed it. Thank you again for these five days in Koh Lanta
