Good place to stay
Simple, clean and comfortable room with air conditioning and fan. Availability of hot and cold water. Two minutes from long beach. Some minimarkets nearby, to 7 eleven you have to walk about 15/20 minutes. Many restaurants around. Very nice staff. They helped me manage the trip to ko mook very well.
Some noise at night like until 12. It's not annoying or exaggerated, but the motorcycles rumble.

Good value for money
The simplicity of the hotel with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning \ fan \ hot water) Good location on the main road.
The bed was worn out and not comfortable enough.

Not recommended
Springs jumped out of the bed, the staff didn't understand English or anything in front of the mosque, so the noise from that and the road that runs through it

Recommended for one night only
The room is spacious, there are towels, soap, toilet paper. It has an opening window. We didn't like anything else. It is close to a long beach and a marina where ferries leave.
The mattress was very uncomfortable with indentations and wires running from one side to the other. I had no sheets, only a blanket. The surroundings, entrance and reception are not very pleasant.

The initial appearance of the guesthouse from the road scares away. Friends refused to move in. Dirty and a lot of rubbish.
Not far from the beach. Water cooler on the floor.
Not very clean bed. The owners do not understand English well.
