Firstly, it is quite far from the port of disembarkation. The hotel is poorly marked. No one is waiting for you, even if you have booked a room. You are provided with a bungalow with lake view. The bungalow is, shall we say, very basic and well above the price level of what is offered elsewhere. All this made quite an ambiguous impression on me.
