Exceptional
A good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is beautiful and new. A bit outside of Khao Lak, so perfect if you want peace and quiet. Nothing was happening on the beach either.

Huge bed. Quiet. The air conditioner plus the fan cools well.
Already obviously running over. Black and crumbly joints in the bathroom. Musty smell in the bathroom and hallway. Breakfast is not tasty. The road between the hotel and the beach. Swimming pool with risk of injury. Very remote and there is no free bike rental or free shuttle to the center (like comparable hotels). Absolutely not worth the price !!! Maximum 3-star level

Astonishing
A very quiet place. No beach vendors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Smooth beach suitable for children. The rooms were very tidy.
There could have been better sun loungers. The beach area needs a little more care.

Location, staff, very pleasant and well equipped rooms ...
The pool is not very clean (water not chlorinated enough) with heat and sunscreen, the water spins fast ... Breakfast price is high ... and the 300 baht formula is unbearable with the number of bankrupt Chinese around you ... !!
