Outdoor pools and location
The electricity bill is huge, even though we only stayed for 4 days and the air conditioning didn't work, we had to pay another 2000 baht. This is a first for us who have already built 2 other villas!
Sunny, the person who met us at the villa, was very helpful. The very close access to the two large swimming pools of the complex in addition to the small pool of the villa is a real plus!
Some fruit (bananas are delicious and three times cheaper) and a bottle of water would have been appreciated. Some dilapidated equipment will need to be refurbished (dishwasher, one of the air conditioners, water pressure in showers, mattress in the upstairs bedroom) to make the villa comfortable.
