Condo more than fulfilled, great location.
Very friendly welcome, condo very clean, beautiful view of the beach and the island of Koh Larn.

Everything is fine, come back!
Good location directly on the sea. The facility is set back about 200m from the beach. Apartment on the 18th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. Host Ken always available and helpful.

Great location for a nice beach holiday
The location is great, everything close to shops, beach, restaurant, etc.
Actually nothing, you have to look at everything through Thai glasses. A remark, the name as stated is not correct and that has resulted in a lot of searching for the taxi driver. The actual name should be: Sea View Beachfront Condos. The name listed on Booking.com is Jomtien Holliday Apartments and is located 800 meters south. So here's an action for Booking.com

Spacious apartment next to the beach. Convenient logistics. Alan, thanks for arranging the transfer and our stay .. Apartment with good views and quiet. Close to market and shops. The complex itself has a cafe and massage.
Possibility to change towels or extra towels so as not to wash.

We had a wonderful rest. Disadvantage - no beach towels and no big smell from the kitchen sink.
The location is great. Close location of the night market, shops. Within walking distance of tuk-tuki, the sea. Nice warm pool on site, though there could have been more sun loungers.
Eliminate the smell from the kitchen sink. There were no beach towels.
