The rooms are spacious, perhaps a bit poorly furnished (too large a lounger/seat area in front of the window, a bit uncomfortable and no real seating, few shelves and drawers for clothing), but very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 markets in the immediate vicinity - Tamarind Market and Cicada Market.

Purely for information (because for me it is not a minus): from the hotel to the beach (and thus to the second swimming pool) you have to walk about 5 minutes or drive up (transport is provided by the hotel).

The house is getting a bit old. The towels are very old. The hotel's own shuttle bus to the clock tower has been abolished. There are no more daily newspapers (Bangkok Post).
