Living in an apartment cannot be called very comfortable. On the plus side, there is an excellent clean children's pool and a lovely courtyard. Clean stairs and public areas. Also quite a good fitness room. The room is not big, but a family of 4 people settled down quietly. There is enough furniture. The bed is wide and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The air conditioner is moderately noisy. The location is convenient only if by car. Located next to the bus station (where buses from Bangkok airport) and the airport. Macro supermarket nearby. There is a coffee shop nearby. The owner of the apartment met us halfway and extended our stay until the evening, for which we are very grateful to him!

Dirty artificial flowers do not add beauty. But the biggest disadvantage is the shower. The pressure is weak, switching to hot water is not very convenient. And the drain works very badly! You have to wait half an hour after each person to wash the next one. Since the drain does not work, the shower is constantly wet and slippery. It was very, very uncomfortable. Since the room is rather primitive in terms of interior and equipment, it is absolutely not clear what such a large deposit is for. Deposit 5000 Baht. If you go home later, it is very inconvenient when at the beginning of the trip you have to freeze such an amount of cash and then get your hands on it before the plane. Last year stayed in a much more modern apartment and the deposit was 1000 baht. 5000 is a lot and unjustified! The booking states that there is an additional charge for electricity. When we checked in, they did not take readings from the meter in front of us; when we checked out, we had to pay the amount that was named. Plus payment for water (there is no information about it in the Roni). For 8 nights it turned out about 500 baht.
