Even the communication during booking was quick and focused. Wonderful staff who were always friendly and courteous to our needs throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent and you are really spoiled. The location is great and it's nice to get to the island where the facility is located or back to the mainland by boat, small van or even walking. Our villa was beautiful and the large pool was amazing. A visit to the on-site spa is also highly recommended! Special thanks to the management who took care of a little health problem during the short visit to the hospital!
Very, very disappointing stay experience! I originally booked the hotel after reading the high scores in online reviews, and I was full of expectations. After all, more than 4,000 a night is expensive, and I booked a total of four nights. After checking in, I really feel like a pit! ! ! The facilities of the hotel are really unflattering. The swimming pool is full of fallen leaves and bird droppings. The fallen leaves came from a tree by the pool that was eaten by ants. Although the hotel was also cleaned, there were fallen leaves soon. I wonder why Doesn't the hotel replace the tree to give guests a good environment and a clean swimming pool? After all, we paid for the swimming pool, but we couldn't use it. The surrounding environment is too green and full of game, which lowers the hotel's grade. What's even more sad is that the floor and the coffee table in the room are covered with ants...someone actually messed with our door at night, I was worried all night! Hotel security should keep guests safe.
The beauty of the place is the staff of the pools on the beach.
Beautiful hotel. Very private, you hardly ever see people. Rooms are new and clean. The food is less tasty. And not very bad breakfasts, although the choice is not great. But we are not gluttons, so it's just right for us)
I did not like the fact that there is no beach and sea, in the sense that there is more bay than sea, if you can call it that) the depth is knee-deep and people walk from Ostrava to the island on foot on the water. Also, for people who love a get-together, there is definitely no need to go here. There are absolutely no entertainments here) Although you can always take a taxi and get to the city. There are also ants in the room, but it's not their fault. You just don't have to leave food open anywhere. Otherwise, in the crib and in the bag, they will be everywhere
