Worst except location
Location was great, near Thapae Gate. You can rent a motorbike for 200 baht per day.
No hot water in the shower at all. I told the staff, but they did not respond.

Excellent stay!
Spacious room with a small balcony. Great location! The owner is very kind. Excellent value.
The dust in the room has not been made. Everything was leaking a bit in the bathroom.

The worst experience after 40 days in Thailand
Nothing, a total disappointment
The arrogance, selfishness and rudeness of the owners of the guesthouse. Non-existent staff: no one at the reception: you have to go around in circles in the establishment to find someone. The rooms are unsanitary and the sheets not changed. I absolutely do not recommend, there are more than enough other hotels not to have a bad stay with them and waste your time and money!
