I have stayed at this hotel several times. Convenient and quiet location close to chao praya to catch the orange flag bus boat, close to rambrutti, khao sao san not far if you want to take a ride there. This hotel is quite pleasant with its small swimming pool.
A little old-fashioned but still in its original condition, old-fashioned furniture, dilapidated bathroom.

Location is perfect. Close to Kaosan road and yet not bothered by the noise. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was fine.

The superior room was a bit disappointing. No cups but a kettle. The lamp on the balcony was broken and no chair on the balcony. This indicated at reception. The ladies reacted very blunt and uninterested. We have never been treated like this in Thailand before. Complaint submitted to Booking and hotel itself. Both have handled this well and resolved it.
