The furniture also did not match the photos, cheap furniture made of chipboard and faux leather, half of the lights in the villa did not work, as well as much more ... we immediately wrote to the owner of the property, but he did not answer us for several hours ... we wrote to Booking.com guest support, we were asked to send photos confirming the discrepancy with the declared one - we sent it, Booking promised to help resolve the situation and contact us, but no one else contacted us. We requested free cancellation on Booking which should have been answered within 48 hours but also went unanswered. We had to live in this villa… it was a negative experience of booking accommodation through Booking, now we know that this is a big risk and Booking will not help in any way. Do not book this villa! Then they sent the villa number to the email, then we entered the complex, then the key, they sent the password to the email, and the key was taken and we opened the villa It is supposed to have a reception desk, and at least it has a computer. The reservation confirmation number and the password are entered, and all the person's data and the villa number are shown, and how to receive the key It is assumed that the amount of the lost day will be refunded It is assumed that the method of receiving the key will be changed, and a 24-hour front desk will be set up If I am not compensated for the day that went to me I will send the name of the villa and the bad interview in all means of communication
