Very nice place to stay
A very warm welcome in a quiet and wooded area with many animals to watch. Near the beach. Good wifi. Good room with mosquito net and hot water. Excellent food (best chef in Sri Lanka). Motorbike rental allows you to visit the beautiful beaches around. I recommend +++

Ideal
The staff is so charming. Hospitality worth 10 stars! They were adorable from start to finish and we organized a surprise party for my husband with candle lit cake. As for the breakfast, it was a feast, the food was very good too! Organizing a safari and unbeatable prices cost us 50 euros for four people with a car, tickets and a guide. The pool is prominent though cloudy but who cares. The only negative is the price for the rooms which are nothing exceptional because they are old with dirty paint and noisy A/C that doesn't cool well, bad water pressure and nothing crazy. This is a room identical to others for 15 euros that we can eat in sri lanka. We paid 44 euros for a family, which was not worth more than 15, but still everything else was so perfect that we forgot the price when we arrived. We really recommend this place, go there with your eyes closed

perfect location
Super good location to the beach - 5 minutes walk. We booked a bbq for the second night with other guests. What they conjured on the table was really mega. Very tasty fish and various side dishes. Vegans/vegetarians are also catered for. On the second morning breakfast went very well. We could easily order a tuk-tuk through the guys. Since the huts above are open, you should expect little frogs to come to you. They are harmless and cute.
Staff motivation. Unfortunately breakfast on the first morning was not a success as it had to be ordered the day before. The spa is in need of a major overhaul.

In wild nature
The location is very good if you want to spend a few days relaxing and getting in touch with nature. Close to Tangalle beach and Rekawa (lake and beach). friendly and helpful staff. Spacious cabins with private bathroom and spacious. Breakfasts and dinners are available. Recommended.
Wi-Fi did not work in all areas.

Seclusion to relax
You are quite far from the center, 5 minutes to the beach, quiet place, absolutely beautiful secluded beach - where the turtles always lay/hatch their eggs in the evening
We had to remove the frogs from the bungalow every day, but they were very cute :)
