Great house! We were with three small children, we liked it :) Good location, very close to the ocean - about 200m, to the store (with a sufficient assortment) is also about 200m, there are several cafes nearby, also the entire coast is in different cafes, the choice is huge! The city center of Tangalle with large supermarkets on a tuktuk is about 3-5 minutes for 200-300 rupees round-trip, and you can walk for 15-20 minutes. The beach itself is clean, few people, but the waves. We were with the kids, they couldn’t even play close in the surf, the wave is unpredictable and very strong, they swam only in circles near the breakwater, there the wave is smaller. The house itself is not fenced, but is located in a dead end street, where there is no transport at all, except that neighbors from a neighboring house can come. Monitor lizards and monkeys sometimes appear on the territory, they look cute and non-aggressive. The house is clean, in a modern minimalist style. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, refrigerator, stove, toaster, large TV, even a water purifier installed. Lacked, perhaps, air conditioning in the rooms. The bedrooms themselves have fans and mosquito nets over the beds. A heater with hot water is only in one of the bedrooms, in the other bathroom the water is ocean temperature, we were in the heat the most. Wi-Fi worked well, pulled both calls and YouTube, traffic apparently ended a couple of times, the owner replenished without questions and everything was getting better. The owner is always in touch, helps if you have any questions. If necessary, call a tuk-tuk. Came here once a week to clean up. All in all, a good choice!

Everything! Guyan is very helpful and friendly! The villa is new. Lots of space, great location! Perfect fit for our family!
