Excellent location, 30 meters from the ocean. Around only the beach, ocean and fields. No roads nearby or noisy clubs / bars. Fresh renovation. Fast internet. The apartment has everything you need. Its restaurant is quite good, the food is delicious 😋, but I would like to have more portions. The territory is good, it's nice to be here. All entrances are guarded. There is free parking. The staff are polite and attentive. All requests are fulfilled quickly. Upon arrival, they were treated to freshly squeezed juice. Nice place to relax and laze.

Excellent apartments of European level, which is a rarity in Sri Lanka. Guarded clean well-groomed area. Almost insect free. Spacious free parking lot. The sea is just outside the fence. Nice clean pool for both children and adults. A restaurant on site with reasonable prices and the possibility of ordering directly to the apartment. Complete kitchen with good utensils and ovens. Comfortable beds, air conditioning everywhere, stylish furnishings. The complex was built not so long ago, so it still looks quite fresh. Our room was on the ground floor, overlooking the sea and the pool. It is very convenient with children.
Everything is very good inside the apartment complex. But around - a village, a village! From entertainment - just go to the store (and a store with a more or less normal assortment is 25 minutes by car one way), for shrimp and for fish (stalls with them about a kilometer from the apartment). Well, and ride along the neighboring beaches, which are not particularly different. Therefore, whoever wants to do nothing but do nothing is a great option. Everything around is conducive to this! But this is in winter. In summer, it seems, and the waves are less, and you can go boating on Pigeon Island, and snorkel, and scuba diving. But I can't say anything about that.
The apartments are located across the street from Nilaveli Beach and Pigeon Island. There is access from the plot to the beach, as well as a very cool pool. Pool towels are offered. The apartment is excellent, very new, modern and fully equipped (also towels and bed linen). You can cook and it also has a refrigerator. They leave you a bottle of mineral water with a few liters. The dining room is large and comfortable with large windows. It has a small terrace. The 2 bathrooms have a shower. Very good water pressure and temperature. It has 3 bedrooms, one with an extra large double bed and the other with two beds. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The decoration is very pretty, pretty. The complex has a reception and service that you can call if you have any questions about how to use the kitchen, etc. There are also many security measures, they check the underside of the car, etc. There are not many bars nearby. that's why it's very quiet here.
