Very small territory, the hotel is shabby, and the beach is so-so
the decor is modern and the location is good, it is walking distance to negombo beach. The breakfast is very good and complete.
The facilities are old, and the cleaning is not very good. It seems a high price for what it offers. The pool did not make you want to swim.
The hotel was simple, unpretentious, and the room was clean and met my expectations.
I wasn't too happy with the fact that there was no shower tray and that the shower itself was next to the toilet, because the whole bathroom would clog up every time I took a shower.

Nice hotel on the beach, tourism is still quiet. We really liked the roof terrace and garden with sun loungers and cushions under the palms, good to relax. T.o. the hotel has restaurant Ammehula where we had a nice meal. The room with balcony was also fine and the breakfast too.
The beach was hot and calm and you can swim in the sea but have to be careful with the waves.
