Niro is a very hospitable host! When you check in, you are greeted with a delicious cocktail! The room is spotlessly clean, the owner personally cleans it and very high quality and responsibly! Even changing carpets. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, dishes, kettle. Good renovation in the bathroom. We had a quiet and calm, comfortable stay, thank you very much for such an attitude to your business! The best hotel in all of Sri Lanka, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

We often rest in Sri Lanka, so there is something to compare with. We got what we expected from the villa 👍 the photo matches, the rooms are clean, cleaning every 3 days, but this is quite enough, the room has a safe (which is important), tea, coffee, water. On the 2nd floor there is a full kitchen with everything you need. Calm and cozy place! Price-quality matches! The owner Niro is responsive, responsible, good-natured at 100%👌

Without exaggeration, the perfect hotel! The room has everything you need: a huge bed, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, a large mirror, air conditioning, table lamps. The furniture is new, snow-white clean towels, a very comfortable bathroom. Very nice and friendly owner, convenient location of the hotel (close to the center, the street is very calm and quiet).

Cozy little hotel with good renovation! The hosts are very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Immediately after arrival, the host treated us to a cold banana cocktail :) The room is clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning, a fan, a mini-safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, a set of dishes for two. The bed is big, soft and comfortable! They even gave us 4 pillows! 😀 Spacious bathroom. Hot water. Also in the courtyard there is a table, chairs and deck chairs. There are bars on the windows. The gates are closed at night. Hikkaduwa beach is 5 minutes walking distance. We will definitely come back here again! 😊
