Unfortunately there was no breakfast at the King Reach. We had to look for something abroad, which wasn't that easy. And we had to pay cash because the card machine doesn't work w.

The owner was very friendly and really helpful with everything. The house was lovely, with two spacious rooms, a living room and a kitchen so you don't hear each other.
The house is located on a busy road, but this is more than compensated by the hospitality of the owner.
This hotel has just opened and we were the first non-Sri Lankan guests. We were carefully picked up at the station and placed on the best beds of the holiday. On the first morning, the Sri Lankan breakfast of fish and curry was too heavy for us, on the second morning, a wonderful continental breakfast. They tried very hard to please us. Suggestions for improvement that we put forward will be taken to heart.
Located on the main road, this didn't bother us, but it might be good to know.
