Nice place with great view
Fantastic view from the terrace. Everything you need is available. Great place for hiking. Easy and fast communication with the landlord (very responsive and always available to us). Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.
An umbrella for the terrace would be great.

the sofa is not very comfortable The neighbor's dog downstairs does not stop barking, he is tied to a short rope and left alone all day
