This is fine
Wonderful location, good restaurants around. Very quiet.
Dishes scarce, kitchen and dishes quite dirty. kitchen greasy. But the rest of the house is very clean.

Nice house but you could do a lot more with it
Good sized house and garden. The care is very good, the owner was very friendly. By car, you can quickly reach the city of Ciutadella, where there are also shops.
The beds are uncomfortable, too small for me, the mattress is only 1.90. The facilities could be more extensive. Games for children, the house could be better decorated. The garden could have been better designed. It's too simply furnished, just functional.

We convicted the landlord of breaking and entering and he was disrespectful and threatening.
-
We had to inform the landlord about the trespass as he broke into the house at 9:30 am and woke up all the residents with screams as the state in which he does not like the house he loved and threatened to kick us out with the help of his policeman friend who "If necessary, kicked us out." Also demanded 300€ for cleaning without billing and when the only problem was the mess and we still had 5 days to go. Having filed a complaint and found him in court when he went to testify, the day after he sent two gardeners to the house to mow the lawn, without warning. Not allowed.
