Apart from the defects mentioned, everything was fine. The location and the view lets you overlook a lot, we have ours
The exceptional thing is the location on the top floor right on the beach and therefore the phenomenal view. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Everything in the accommodation is clean and functional. The administrative staff (Homerti) were always available and helpful, which was great.
The bathroom is relatively small and getting old. Hand shower leaking and holder loose or not usable, we used the rain shower. Shower partition doors do not close in the lower area. Limescale on the fittings and in the corners, the water in the sink ran off very slowly. No loungers and no sun protection on the balcony, some of the furniture was rusty. German TV had to be searched for and programmed in the TV settings, no private channels available. Difficult to find entrance to property, keys in various key safes which were already quite weathered and difficult to use. Here you should perhaps think about a personal handover and instruction.

High price level but ok due to location and facilities.
Almost the entire apartment is new, impeccable technology, top location.
One towel and one bath towel per person for 10 days. Shabby! 3 days of cold in the apartment, as the air conditioner was defective.
