That they didn't make our room, I thought cleaning and making the beds were included in the price..... But it wasn't, they charged it but they didn't work on it 😔

The room..we book pool view..you find yourself with main road view...and we laugh in your face qd vs show the proof on your reservation booking Dirty bedspreads full of stains.. Bathroom where the water is barely hot and where the water flows with difficulty.. Photos of booking very well taken because very little resemblance with reality...
The breakfast was great.
In the bathroom there was no soap, only 1 bar. They could put some more utensil.
