Finca Son Baulo

Excellent homestead. You are completely on your own. On the estate there is an enclosure with peacocks, donkeys, sheep and chickens, which can be entered through the gate. The landlord, as well as the agency that looks after the property, provided an excellent service. The lamp was replaced in 1 hour, and when the animals ran away, the owner was immediately there. The fridge is great too, big and new. Ant tracks are always there, but it's more likely because food crumbs fall on the floor :-). Sometimes there is peacock droppings on the terrace, but you quickly take a broom or a rag and it is gone. This is village life. Bathrooms are new too. There is also a washing machine. Garbage (bottles, green dot) is best attributed to Son Baulo. There are containers on the left at the roundabout. We found the tip to get to the garbage station (with gates, opening hours, etc.) tricky. Everything was really great overall. We recovered very well. Also recommended with children, even if there is no pool. soul is enough.

The plot of land on which the estate is located is very large! Access from the main road to Finaca is about 1 km, and after the large gate has opened, you will drive another 200 m to the parking lot right at the front door. There are no short paths to the beach (by bike or on foot) as there are animal fences everywhere. I used the car for all trips and my girlfriend always used her bike to get bread and rolls. The homestead is practically a new farm extension. Donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens and peacocks are all around. They are also the only ones that seem to be relatively present. In other words, they can fly anywhere and, of course, anywhere .... In addition, they scream all day (after 10pm this is "night rest"). Or put a couple of videos on Youtube with the screams of the hawks a little louder, then it's also quiet ... ;-) There are plans to build a pool, but I didn't really miss it because of the outdoor shower, and we went to the beach every day. The best beaches nearby are Platja Sa Canova in Son Serra de Marina (10 minutes), Or Cala Mesquida (35 minutes). The home beach, Platja de Muro, is normal but very narrow and you have to walk 100 meters until you are at least knee-deep in water. Also here you can meet package tourists from hotel ghettos. The floor plan of the estate is very good. There is a small washing machine in the closet, where you can put all your suitcases and bags, and there is also a baby cot. The kitchen is very large and has all the necessary utensils. We relaxed very well and also enjoyed the luxury of being alone here in a large area. There is an alarm in the house, but there is no need to be afraid of anyone here! In addition, during the day, the owner came to the territory from time to time to look after the animals. If you can do without a pool, you can't go wrong here!

So this house is amazing. Big, bright, clean. There are spices, vinegar and oil, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has air conditioning, 2 bathrooms + an additional toilet. The balcony and terrace are a real blast, free-roaming peacocks have always been a sensation. In general, the animals around are so cool. The location is good and you are right in the city. But here you have complete confidentiality. I will come back here any time. I can only think of superlatives. I love home. With children, too, is ideal, simply because donkeys are very gullible.
