Pretty handy.
The location is very convenient to get in and out of Santa Cruz. You have everything very close, supermarket, pharmacy, food area and the wonderful walk. The excellent hostess.
Being in the port you can hear the horns of the boats entering and leaving and on the weekend the Military and Nautical clubs have parties and it seems like you are there hahaha, although this way you can dance without leaving home.

the magnificent view of the sea from the apartment, the proximity of the supermarket, the ease of finding parking, in short, very well located. Nuria Esther and David were very kind and attentive at all times. Thank you very much.
It needs to be equipped a little more, such as changing the iron and a little more dishes.

Will be back there for sure.
Convenient location. Close to the shop and local restaurant. Bus stop. But you can also reach the center on foot.
High curb, hard to park a motorcycle and a two-lane road with a continuous lane - hard to turn around.
