good
the place is very good and quiet
We didn't have hot water but it was fixed the next day. The only thing I didn't like about this house is that it only has one bathroom and if there are several people it's a pain

An open area allows you to see outside the premises.
The outdoor area and pool are great.
It was quite dark inside and the bathroom was very old and not particularly pretty (but clean!)

Ibiza is great, the location is beautiful, but the house really needs more investment.
Location and spacious garden
The beds were bad, the house had little comfort and few amenities (kitchen utensils, towels, linens, extra blankets). Lack of personal space; The gardener came unannounced every day and hung around for a long time. Very disturbing! The value for money is downright bad.

The location and the garden are perfect, the house could be improved.
Place and garden
The beds are too small. There was no decent double bed. You have to be very young if you want to hang out with two adults. This is also the reason why we will no longer rent
