Contrary to the photographs, the estate makes a very shabby impression. Existing furniture such as wardrobes, beds and blinds were broken, dirty and uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment was poor. There were only 3 teaspoons for 6 people. The dishwasher had leftovers from a previous tenant. The closet is a mess, the dishes are dirty. The existing coffee maker was a problem. It took her about 20 minutes for 6 cups of coffee. We were very lucky that the defective washing machine with dirty laundry was replaced with a new one on the second day. We couldn't use the property's parking space because the electric garage door was broken and couldn't be opened. We also had to stay without water for only one evening because the water pumping system failed. Repairs were made the next day. The right side of the site was abandoned and neglected. Conclusion: the value for money is out of proportion, which our travel agency confirmed to us 100% after checking the photos we took.

Unfortunately, the house has been on its best days for some time now and is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The images on the display do not show the current status. The house and furnishings are already very dilapidated and worn out. The living room wardrobe / showcase shown and the living room armchair are completely missing. The wardrobe in the master bedroom is completely disconnected and cannot be closed. Some of the shelves and drawers had to be unfolded after our arrival so that they could be used. In addition, there is no detailed instruction / manual for individual objects such as air conditioning, alarm, etc. For example, some keys to lockable balcony doors / windows are missing, there are no cushions for garden furniture and sun loungers, etc. Equipment and condition electrical small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle) are not acceptable for this price range. The rest of the kitchen equipment was also lacking, there were no salad bowls, we had 2 teaspoons, and there were no kitchen towels either. The premium price range announced for this home unfortunately does not match the current condition and equipment of the home. Home and real estate are mostly ok, but at least 25-30% more expensive.
