January in Tenerife
Renting an apartment with a combination lock, we were completely independent, the rooms came with a pleasant message. Everything was taken care of very quickly. The location in the old town is ideal for walking, restaurants and mini markets are in close proximity.
Of course, the location also has the disadvantage that sometimes it is very noisy, on weekends in the parking lot across the road there is a party until the morning, so it was impossible to leave the window open.

Everything is very good.
It is well located, with free parking 3 minutes walk; Very well decorated and pleasant, the bed is comfortable and the view is very good.

Very nice stay in Puerto de la Cruz
Nice apartment with a nice terrace. Air conditioning, good equipment and good location. The host is available and responsive.

No blinds
It was very central and there was free public parking next to the accommodation.
The third person who was sleeping in the living room at 6am didn't sleep because there were no blinds on the terrace doors. Very annoying.

Good
Free parking in front (seen from own terrace balcony) and sea view, very relaxing and fantastic breakfast terrace. Comfortable bathroom, completely renovated and with a very good shower.
Kitchen stuff was quite dirty overall. Loft apartment with no elevator (older people to consider, especially when it comes to carrying suitcases up and down!). The area was somewhat unsafe for us, especially at night; many groups of gorillas roam these streets.
