Passable to spend a few days on the beach.
The location and the balcony that is very large.
Well, it is an apartment that needs a little renovation in general, the toilet seat is cracked, the towels could be better and the beds and mattresses are nothing to write home about. Not to mention the kitchenware, which is very fair. Also a fan in the rooms would not be bad. It is missing small details that would greatly improve the apartment because it is spacious.

location, terrace, being able to check out at any time, spaciousness of the house
They only put one roll of paper in each bathroom, so you have to buy it. It's not a big problem, but they should let us know so we can take a roll from home and not have to shop for a weekend.

Terrace and car park.
Outdated apartment, poor kitchen, heavily sagging front door and problems with the lock. The last line of the beach.

Recommended placement
Good location to walk to the beach, the pool was not crowded, there was no noise from the rest of the floors at night, but there were families with children during our stay, it has everything you need to spend a holiday, although in the rooms it was thrown without fan as it only has air conditioning in the living room. Has an enclosed garage.
The property is surrounded by entertainment venues which were closed during our stay due to the pandemic.
