Very nice.
A very cute apartment, in which we just felt comfortable. It's nice that it's right on the beach and has more balcony space than living space inside. Inside, it was small and plain, but beautiful and extremely comfortable. We were lucky with the discounted price in the low season. :)
Only the jacuzzi didn't want to get really warm, but that may have something to do with the colder season.

great location, incredibly friendly and helpful hostess, fridge stocked with goodies in advance.
small apartment, small shower also for small residents of Central Europe, (too) small toilet .... Construction noise nearby (the owner and foremen moved the start of work to 10.00 in the morning)

The location is excellent, we are close to everything, to the beach and restaurants, I appreciated the quality of service of the very helpful owner and gave us a very warm welcome.
The stay is a bit short when you stay too long indoors due to bad weather, in our case this was exceptional because it rained during the entire stay (one week in November) and therefore we were not able to use the very landscaped terraces and jacuzzis numbers

All in all a very pleasant stay!
The location is great, just a few steps to the sea! On the promenade you will find good cafes and restaurants. The weekly market in Alcudia is also recommended and is not far away.

Convenient location and great two-story rooftop terrace. Yolanda was a great host and happy to help. Your restaurant downstairs is great too. The price of the apartment is very good for this location.
For tall people, the bathroom is a bit small with little space for a toilet and shower. I would still come back again and again.
