Good location but in need of a refresh
The location. Close to the beach and restaurants. View towards the mountain. Received a small welcome package with wine and snacks. Nice to have a pool even if it was cold.
It is in need of a refresh. Smelled damp from the bathroom and was very damp in the bedrooms at night. One AC didn't work, neither did the light in the hall. Or the coffee maker... We got a roll of toilet paper for four people and also had to buy a dish brush that was missing.

Nice apartment in a central location
Pleasant welcome. Central location with a short distance to everything. Great pool area and at the same time a short way to the beach. The apartment was well equipped, newly renovated bathroom and washing machine were very positive. Nice balcony with a view of the park area.

perfect location the pool is cold at this time of the year but clean with a beautiful garden with tropical flowers!!!

Everything was wonderful!
The location of the apartment is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the promenade, bus stop, public parking. The weekly market (Wednesdays) and supermarkets are around the corner. Although the apartment is getting old, it is clean and well equipped. Wine, water, chips, coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper were provided upon arrival. The owner Avelina is very nice, helpful and reliable.
