Very comfortable hotel/apartment
Location, near supermarket, restaurants, sea. Apt itself was spacious and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher.
Reception occupied few hours, so only ask between 10 and 16 or something like that. No breakfast options, but I hadn't paid attention when booking

Small pool but pool nonetheless
Apartments from the tourist boom of the last century without renovation Too expensive for what they really are.

Based on the reviews, we had high expectations, which unfortunately were not met.
Location, pool, air conditioning, parking spaces.
Dirty bed linen and towels. Moldy curtain in the bathroom. Dirty dishes stored in drawers. The smell of waste in the sink. Dripping fridge. Lack of toilet paper and garbage bags. No hand soap. Dripping air conditioning. Uncomfortable and old mattresses. The sofa bed is not in good condition. Insufficiently cleaned floors upon arrival.

Enjoy your stay in Port Pollensa
The residence is ideally located in Port Pollensa, close to beaches and shops. Pollensa Port is a very beautiful family seaside resort. The hotel staff are charming and always attentive. The pool, open from 9:00 to 21:00, is a real plus for enjoying a dip after sightseeing. Another strong point: the washing machine in the apartment, very practical.
Simple comfort for an apartment. Basic equipment and decorations.

island to be discovered, residence at the top!
nice pool, very welcoming staff, clean and nice apartment. A small residence so that there is no noise and not too many people! Puerto Pollensa is also a great port with a great beach and fewer tourists than other cities in the Balearic Islands! really good value for money! I highly recommend!
The only negative is that the person at the reception is not always present, so we left with the keys on the table!
