The apartment is unsanitary in hot weather (and in summer). The apartment accumulates heat over 35 degrees in the morning, oriented to the east and south and under the roofs. Unbearable heat lasts until noon. It drops to 31 degrees only around 18:30. Surprisingly, there are no fans or umbrellas on the terrace. Open spaces and common areas are in disrepair. The interior is old and not renovated. It also shows signs of disrepair. The apartment has a persistent smell of dampness and rot. The sofa in the living room does not allow you to relax. It is clear that this apartment cannot be rented out for the holidays. It is unlivable and stressful, incompatible with a stay that should be relaxing, even for a short time. This apartment is also dangerous for frail people (elderly people, small children and people with difficulty breathing). The local agency did not help. From the beginning the apartment was not ready on time and we were asked to wait 30 minutes. An hour later, around 17:30, we were finally handed the keys to the apartment. Nobody escorted us to the place and from our first complaint on the same day, our problem was ignored.

The smell of dampness and closeness. Especially the rooms and the sofa. The heater turned itself off. Nuuy uncomfortable sofa and walls worse than paper. Absolutely everything is heard.

All the furniture is very old and it is a second floor without a lift

The apartment would do a good job painting and repairing cutlery, pans and everything in the kitchen in general.
