Have a nice stay
Bathroom is a bit small

Simple apartment with old construction and facilities and at the same time pleasant and well located.
The location of the apartment and the good and quick attention of the agency with the tenants. The maintenance person was very efficient and prompt when called. The two fans were very useful.
The surprise that the sofa was not a bed as it appeared in the information and in the photograph we had seen. The agency said it would correct the error in the information.

The location and views are quite good, plus the large number of windows made it very pleasant. The rooftop was great too.
