According to the advertisement, the house has much more privacy and has a private pool. It's really a semi-detached house divided in two that still shares the back pool and the garden is separated by hedges and a fence, but you always see and see the neighbors. Also, our bedroom window was directly above the pool. We were lucky and the tenants with whom we coincided did not make any noise at all. We were going to spend some quiet days enjoying the pool and garden with our dog and we were very disappointed to see the reality of the environment. I don't think the pictures convey what the accommodation is really like, there is no photo that shows the second part of the house where we are staying. If you are going to be away most of the time and just want to relax at the base camp, it might be worth it. But if you want a few days of relaxation, I don't recommend it. ❌ Shared pool. ❌ It doesn't have much privacy, it's a semi-detached house. ❌ The drain in the bathroom smelled very bad, you need to keep the door always closed, otherwise the house will flood. ❌ You are told that Playa d'Arenal in Castell is 2.2 km when it is 3.2 km and to get there on foot you have to take the road.
