Small in budget and tb in space. The beds to improve.
Location and help from the girl at the reception to make a late check in
Comfort of the beds and spaciousness of the rooms, which are small for two people

Exceptional value for money. Very central and clean. No noise is heard for how central it is.

Ideal to be in the historic center
Excellent location. Near the castle, the Plaza del Ayto., the basilica. Bed very good, very big.
Room maybe a little small. Still to say we were very good.

Perfect place
Its location. A very central hotel in a very quiet street. From reception, Carmen, advised us very well about places to visit.

Connection
We were at the entrance for about 20 minutes ringing the bell waiting for someone to attend to us. Later I called several times on the phone, since they didn't pick up either, and when they finally picked up they told a girl who was on the top floor to come and receive us. I would have liked even if it was an apology.
