The staff are professionals like the ones I haven't found for a long time, with a very good atmosphere, the facilities are clean and in perfect condition, I congratulate the riu chain for having so many staff working, and not being the guests who work, it shows in all in kindness service,
The temperature of the room in winter is cold, something without sugar in the mini bar, some other vegetable drink in the bars and restaurants

Everything is perfect
Beautiful Hotel, very clean, very welcoming and kind staff, always ready to meet our needs (family with two small children). Excellent and very varied food. Small walk of 10 minutes to get to the dunes.
The only thing I would add is an indoor space for children to play (there is a small outdoor playground but very close to the pool)

Absolutely everything, special mention to all the staff, from reception who made our stay incredible, to all the waiters and kitchen staff, it really is lucky to find people like that.

Great hotel, nice staff and great all-inclusive food! Breakfast, lunch and dinner - always delicious and plenty of choice. In a few minutes you are at the sea and the dunes.
There was hair left in the bathroom from previous guests, pillows were not comfortable. Otherwise everything great.
