good accommodation at that price, if you want luxury choose another place
the terrace, the pools, the location and the view
the sofa that lacks suspension, the whole property in need of external updating, the awning that was broken

Unhealthy and dirty housing
The cat who came to visit us every day.
Everything was dirty, broken and run down.

Accountability to the law
absolutely nothing !
It was in a deplorable state, dirty, dilapidated, nothing can be seen from the photos in reality. after walking around barefoot for a while, when i arrived i already had very dirty feet (attached photos) It's totally reprehensible, a full fledged club! misleading advertising.

Very good
Calmness, comfort in the apartment and the fact that it has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. And Belen is charming, she took care of everything.
Pools closed due to COVID.

Disappointing
Very old apartment, especially the bathroom, needs a comprehensive renovation with a strong smell of pipes, badly worn mattresses and access to the apartment by a labyrinth of stairs
