Huerta la Pimentada

The bathrooms are not insulated, despite having a resistive heater, they are cold. I missed extra consumables (garbage bags, flats, kitchen napkin, more dishwasher tablets) Kitchen utensils could be improved (knives that cut better, more efficient coffee maker, sandwich maker...) Another sofa because there are 2 of them, and there were 12 of us. There are no wardrobes for clothes.

The house disappointed us in terms of our expectations. The published photos are impressive and far from reality. Overpriced for the quality of the home. Located in the middle of an orange grove, it has access to regular housing. It's a bit deserted (cleaning, furniture, dishes, appliances, etc.) which is a shame because it could be improved.

While the house is okay overall, the truth is, it is disappointing to see it. Photos in advertising are somewhat different from reality. Undoubtedly, the photographer is of great service (perspectives enlarge the space and blend very well with light and color), and in the photographs the house appears to have been recently renovated. You can tell that the years have passed by the house, pool and jacuzzi. Some things need to be updated (shower heads, sheets, rusty bathroom hangers, sunken box spring of some beds ...). They also miss some household items that are somewhat decent (scissors, wringing, knives that cut well, coasters, mittens, a few rags, large shower towels ...). The barbecue grill is not the right size for its intended space. A coat of paint won't hurt. Some umbrellas will be needed, especially when you consider that the porch vine is rather dry and sparse. The house is clearly clean, but everything was fine under the beds. Consequently, the quality does not match its price (somewhat overpriced for the benefits offered).
