The location is top notch in Palma. The service at the hotel is fantastic - very, very service minded staff.
The rooms are very small. My room was sold as a "suite" but it was far from it... There is a lot of noise from the hallway which is clearly heard in the room.
the decor of the rooms is so amazing, it's really nice it's a haven of peace with a beautiful garden in the middle of the city. young but professional staff and pleasant. a very small pool on the roof, which is transparent, suspended over a ladder. small but sufficient swimming pool in the garden
