They brought a dirty, not swept or cleaned for a long time, a refrigerator with dirty food on the shelves, a dirty countertop with crumbs, a sink with hair .... We arrived on Sunday and I called the contact number. Of course Answered, I sent whatsapp with photo and video. No answer, I had to clean it myself. On Monday at 11 o'clock they still didn't contact me, I called the office and it turned out that the phone number they give as a contact in the documentation is not correct, anyway ... they wanted to send someone for cleaning when I was already cleaned everything. No apologies or anything. Also, the final cleaning is included in the price, so it had to be clean when handing over the keys. The service is inadequate, the screen of the toilet in the suite didn't fit so when you showered the water fell on the floor, I sent a photo because a part was missing, they sent me a technician who didn't see the photo and He said he couldn't do anything and that he would open the report... he put a piece of cardboard on top of me (which logically got wet) to keep me from moving... anyway... it was something that was already failing before we entered when the same as the lamp... It's a shame, because the apartment is very good, but the management of it is not very good.
