Beautiful, relaxing holiday on a great sandy beach
Proximity to the sandy beach and the sea! Everything you needed for a pleasant stay was there. The pool is great. Simple but functionally furnished apartment. Deposit was refunded after a short time.
Unfortunately the house number was incorrect when booking! And the actual address had 2 entrances, which made handover difficult. Some things in the apartment are rusty.

Our expectations were not met.
The apartment booked on 30 April 2022 was occupied when we arrived on 16 June. They sent us to another with worse conditions, in c/ Joan de Joanes, Dunas Victoria building, instead of the Roderic apartment we rented. The apartment we were sent to was smaller and farther from the beach. The excuse given by Apartamentos y Playas de Gandía is that they were confused. Logically they charged us a lower price as it was the cheapest rental.

Comfortable apartment near the beach

Everything is good, I guess in the summer there will be a lot of noise and fuss with the pool in front of the terrace, but now it's great.
