Very good location but very average comfort.
The best location, quietness and parking (in December) Sea view, south facing, close to the center
The apartment is getting old and deserves a major cleaning and a good rejuvenation: The cleanliness in the bathroom is very average, there is mold and scale in the shower. There is almost no water pressure in the shower. Towel warmers break away from earthenware. The comfort of the beds is also very average, as is the sofa. Needless to mention the coffee maker that no tenant agrees to descale and is broken.

It is very well located, close to the center and the beach. It has everything you need to spend a few days and was well maintained and clean. Even cleaning supplies and a cool bottle of wine in the fridge. The sofa bed was also quite comfortable.
The car park is small and quite problematic to park. The pool is ok, although it would require additional cleaning for my taste. On the other hand, I don't know if neighbors or others who live in a house of a certain age are trying to make staying in the house uncomfortable and problematic, regardless of whether your behavior is unacceptable.

Convenient location, first line. Equipped with all the necessary equipment. There is a detergent, a washcloth.
Old furniture, very little space, two people will not disperse in the kitchen, very crowded with furniture, uncomfortable bed, smell of old age, overpriced.
