the apartment was great
The apartment was great, very clean, modern and cosy. The owner was very nice and attentive at all times. I really liked the neighborhood because it is very quiet but very close to everything. There are many supermarkets and restaurants and Barcelona is 10 minutes by train and the station is 5 minutes from the accommodation. We couldn't have made a better choice. I totally recommend it.

DISAPPOINTMENT
The beds were comfortable enough and clean. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: The surroundings are not very pleasant, with considerable difficulty finding parking. Then. the house number is 6 not 8. I didn't like a lot, I state that for several years due to my son's competition we traveled in Italy and Europe from March to October and I constantly book on Booking B&B, but above all, for convenience, I prefer to book very comfortable private accommodations with adequate value for money, which reflects what is listed on Booking. Unfortunately this time it went wrong, the directions on the booking are wrong, the arrival time MUST be given because the private Host informed us that it takes an hour to get to the apartment, my husband and my son, they waited 2 hours, for someone to come to bring the keys, and when they entered the apartment, there were 2 wet towels hanging on the small terrace of the apartment to dry, perhaps the cleaning was done in a hurry for the last minute. MODERN APARTMENT? No, not at all. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each. In the first bedroom there is only a bed, no bedside tables, no closet, nothing to support the luggage that needs to be left on the floor, in the second bedroom a bed with 2 bedside tables, no lamps, no wardrobe, no shelf for which luggage with all clothes should be stored on the floor, microscopic bathroom approx 120 cm x 150 cm, with a musty smell because it is very damp, during the shower, water seeps from the side to the floor because it is not well sealed, the cupboard under the unusable sink due to swelling of the drawers due to for humidity.
I found cutlery lying haphazardly in a drawer on a dirty kitchen towel full of crumbs, a small frying pan and 3 small pots full of incrustations, the only clean pot because I washed it with detergent and a sponge to warm up the milk on the first morning, and finally, there is a living room equipped with a sofa and 2 small poufs, one of which is used to support wi-fi, a TV on the wall, no table, no chairs, it is impossible to cook lunch or dinner if you don’t eat while standing, cleaning furniture and floors left much to be desired, so we were forced to always go to the restaurant for lunch and dinner and to the bar for breakfast. But how can you offer such an apartment? If you decide to offer an apartment on Booking, the owners must follow the rules, hygiene standards and organization, which I found in all apartments previously booked over the years on Booking, unlike this one. The price / quality ratio is completely inadequate, for half the amount spent I found an apartment adequately equipped and hygienically clean. I was very disappointed, the owner in a message on Booking the next day wrote me that if I need something, send a message on whatsapp, but there is too much wrong, so I preferred not to make requests. I really hope that, judging by the reviews, improvements have been made in this apartment, otherwise I would not recommend it.

Everything, I didn’t have a table, no chairs to sit down to have breakfast or dinner, no wardrobes, only bedside tables in one room, there was nowhere to leave things, suitcases on the floor with clothes inside, towels were left wet for us, a very narrow shower in the bathroom, you can't move your hands, sheets and a couch with pet hair, let's tease
