Central, pleasant host, very good breakfast, enough toilet paper, good hairdryer, large rooms and good shower. The owner lived on the top floor, he was very welcoming and helpful

It didn't take long for him to ask if he had any intolerance issues upon arrival, which I appreciate as I have issues with food. Secondly, it was very clean, every time you walk in it smelled intoxicating, I can't describe it, I can only say that it was great. Super comfy beds as it was a rainy day and I didn't know how deep I slept.
I can’t say that I didn’t like something, because for me everything was exceptional.
Hearty breakfast with fresh fruits of the day etc. on the terrace with great views of the region. The boss listens to our requests and tells us what to do in Mojacar etc... about everything
