It is advertised to have towels when there were only four of them for the sink and when we asked about the shower they replied that it was what they had. I had to buy them. The cleanliness was lousy, even ants roamed the scattered sugar inside the kitchen cabinets. The pool lights were not working and we were ignored when asked to turn them on. The manager entered the house on the last day without calling, while we were having breakfast, like Pedro at his house, we got scared. Very bad.
