Beautiful apartment with a convenient location close to the beach and the train to Barcelona
Great location by a beautiful beach, tastefully decorated, unique two terraces with views, ideal for a family, close to the old town of Mataro and many restaurants, the train to Barcelona runs very often, professional service, thanks to this place we combined visiting Barcelona with rest on the beach, we are happy to stay here we will be back.

Can be improved with little investment (not everything makes money)
Location, views and private access to apt.
Photos are not accurate. NO 2 double rooms (only 1 double + 2 bunk beds + 1 90 cm bed and 1 sofa bed), everything is very run down, bad smells, broken small screen door in the toilet, ants in the dining room, humidity in general and outside the view of the entrance to the building pulls you back (dirty and left)

Very well located, but not in the best condition of the apartment.
Technical difficulites. The terrace smells like sewage. Water leak in shower downstairs. Water leak in tub pipe.

I enjoyed my few nights in this apartment 20 minutes from Barcelona.
The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is great
some small defect in the apartment, the bathroom upstairs is very narrow, not very hot water.

Very underpowered par 7, acceptable for 4 people.
Acceptably comfortable beds.
We rented an apartment for 7 people, in the end we became 4. We paid for 7 places. Fortunately, because the dishes are designed only for four, and there were no chairs for everyone. Acceptable apartment for 4. Too bad for 7 (everything was missing: dishes, sofas, space....)
